| Facilities We have | |

Finding infrastructure as the fundamental structure of a business firm or organization, we are always in process of giving superior quality products and as per client's requirements like roof purlins, constantina wire and many more. We have the design personnel which will facilitate us to develop the drawings from the main drawing. Established in the area of 1152.00 Sq. Mtr, it has the ample space to carry out the work. We are equipped with advanced machinery, quality testing equipment and modern technology. Following are some of the machines we have:
Power Presses:
These are installed having the various capacities such as 100 MT, 80 MT, 50 MT etc. These are used for various operations such as angle as well as plate cutting, for punching, for numbering, notching etc. Angle upto the size of 150 x 16 mm can be punched with the power presses.
Welding Machines :
We have electric as well as Mig welding machine in the premises which are in the range of 450 Amp – 150 Amp.
Gas Cutting Machines :
We have the provision of gas cutting and for this, we have pug cutting machines, hand gas cutting sets.
Drill Machines :
We have the presence of drill machines also. For the thickness of more than 16 mm, we make the holes through drill machines.
Grinders :
Our grinders help in properly deburring after the operation has been performed. In addition to this, we have lathe machines, surface grinders for manufacturing the dies and tools for the machines.
Galvanisings :
For galvanising, we have the Mou signed with the outside galvaniser which assures us that the material is passed through the proper process of galvanising and have the zinc coating as per the IS Standards. However, we have set up our own lab for testing the mass of the zonc coating which ensures us the best quality of hot dip galvanising.
